I offer both ad hoc and retainer services, as well as power hours. And my most popular services are conveniently packaged for your ease.
Ad hoc:
- £30 per hour - minimum 1 hr per month.
- Max 72 hr turnaround time.
Retainer:
- £30 per hour - minimum of 5 hours per month and scalable.
- Secures an allotted amount of my time for you each month - think of a retainer as a queue jump!
- Max 48 hr turnaround time.
- One months notice period is required.
All turnaround times refer to business days
Packages:
- Price is stipulated per package.
- Secures specific time blocks for you each day/week/month (depending on the package) - think of a package as a queue jump on crack!
- Max 24 hr turnaround time - the fastest of all options!
- One months notice period is required.
All of the following are available ad hoc and on retainer;
- Email Management; checking you emails twice per day Mon - Fri am & pm, sending holding emails, responding to general enquires that don't require your attention, highlighting the emails that do, creating labels and folders to organise and maintain a clutter free inbox.
- Social Media Support; scheduling your content, engaging with your audience, responding to your DMs and comments on your behalf. And community management such as contributing and moderating your online groups.
- Admin Support; document formatting, Notion support, data entry, spreadsheet/document/template creation and maintenance, digital file management.
