Hi, I’m Carrie, your virtual wing woman. I’m based in Skipton, but I work remotely with small businesses all over the UK, offering support that’s both professional and personal.

Organisation geek and proud!

I’ve always been a bit of an organisation geek (I was the kid who got more excited about new stationery than new toys!). After years working as a PA to directors, I became really good at bringing order to chaos and creating calm where there was once overwhelm.


Burnout isn’t worth it. Balance is everything.

In my twenties, I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease and eventually needed a kidney transplant. It was a huge turning point. Going through that made me realise that burnout and overwhelm are simply not worth it. Life is too precious to spend constantly stressed, chasing your tail, and running on empty. That experience completely shifted how I view work and balance. It’s what drives me now to create a business that feels good, not just for me, but for the people I support too.

Now, as a mum of two, I’ve created a business that gives me flexibility for my family and allows me to help my clients feel calmer, lighter and more supported in theirs. Working with me isn’t just about ticking things off a list, it’s about creating breathing space so you can enjoy your business again.
