How much will a Virtual Assistant cost?

How much will a Virtual Assistant cost?

Your investment will actually make you money. Here's how I made one of my clients £1250+ per week.

Industry: Engineering

Service used: Ad Hoc, Business Admin Support

Snapshot results: By investing in me to streamline and sort fragmented excel data, LDC was able to make an additional £1250+ per week. Had improved data consolidation and enhanced efficiency in data management.

Problem: Tim at LDC Engineering faced the challenge of data fragmentation. Critical information was dispersed across multiple Excel files. This scattered data arrangement resulted in time-consuming searches for specific information, leading to inefficiencies. This manual process not only consumed valuable time but also posed a risk of errors and inconsistencies in data analysis. For 2023, Tim sought to optimize his data management processes to enhance operational efficiency at his company moving forward.

Solution: To address the data management challenge, I created a simple to navigate, centralised excel sheet and template. This was designed to incorporate all the necessary data fields required by LDC Engineering, ensuring a streamlined and standardized approach. By consolidating the data into a single Excel sheet, the process of locating and accessing crucial information became significantly more efficient.

Results: The implementation of this centralised Excel template yielded significant results for LDC. By investing in me to improve efficiencies, Tim was able to make an additional £1250+ per week. See below highlights of the whole outcomes achieved:

1) Made an additional £1250+ per week - These efficiencies freed up more time for Tim, 1 hours a day to be exact. Resulting in additional time on client work and consequentially, more income for the company. I'm advised that the company can make anywhere from £200 - £400 an hr, with £250 being the average. That's a minimum of £1000 a week, right up to £2000 a week extra!

2) Improved Efficiency - The consolidation of data into a single Excel sheet eliminated the need for Tim to open separate software and Excel files, saving valuable time and effort, enabling Tim to focus more on client work, data analysis and strategic decision-making.

3) Enhanced Data Accessibility - This streamlined system provided easy access to all the necessary information in one centralised location, facilitating quick and accurate data retrieval.

4) Standardized Approach - The uniform structure of the template ensured consistency in data entry, minimizing the risk of errors and discrepancies.

5) Sanity Saved - The ease of having everything in one place and spending less time frustratedly searching has, I’m told, saved his sanity!

"I was able to tell Carrie what I wanted, give her access and she just got on and completed it. I wish I knew how easy it could have been to have someone else do it as a one-off. I'd have outsourced it much sooner."

Conclusion: By addressing LDC’s data fragmentation challenge and working together, we successfully streamlined the data management process for 2023 moving forward. The implementation of a centralised Excel sheet led to improved efficiency, enhanced data accessibility, and a standardized approach. No more wasting time sifting through separate files! This success underlines the value of streamlined data management in maximizing operational performance and driving business growth.
